    Fiorentina T-bone steak is one of the most famous Tuscan cuisine dishes in the world. The secret lies in the high-quality cut (which also includes the bone) and the "frollatura" process through which the meat goes for about 60 days. This frollatura makes the meat incredibly tender and soft.
